Your photos live in a private vault
Every photo is stored in a private bucket that is never publicly reachable. Viewing requires a short-lived, signed link that only our ops team can mint — and every access is logged.
Movers never see your photos
Movers quote from a Move Brief — an inventory summary, estimated weight and volume, and access notes. The handoff we send them is structurally checked so a photo can never slip in.
What we collect, and why
Your name and contact details (usually entered by your realtor when they refer you), the listing address, the shoot photos, and the move details you confirm. That's what it takes to build your brief and get you three comparable quotes — nothing is collected for advertising.
Payments are handled by Stripe
Your deposit is processed by Stripe's hosted checkout. Your card number never touches MoveScout's servers and we never store it.
Email, only when it matters
We send transactional email — your invite, your quotes being ready, your booking confirmation. We don't sell your information or send third-party marketing.
Want something removed?
Reply to any MoveScout email and a human will help — we can correct your details or delete your photos and account data on request.
